This was the overwhelming response from the attendees at the Greenwich Wine + Food Festival, sampling mouth-watering Veal Meatballs. Our client, Veal Made Easy, funded by the Beef Checkoff program, was a first-time participant, sampling Veal Meatballs and Veal Sliders, handing out reusable tote bags, flexible cutting mats featuring unique Veal recipes, and recipe cards to all attendees.
Streetmarc Advertising and Marketing created a branding campaign for Veal Made Easy and participation at The Greenwich Wine + Food Festival was one element of the campaign. New and creative Veal recipes were showcased and developed by the Culinary Institute of America. As a first-time participant in the event, Veal was top-of-mind as attendees entered the Grand Tasting and Grill Master tents. Delicious Veal Meatballs and Veal Sliders were available for sampling by the attendees. Attendees were exposed to new, creative and interesting ways to prepare Veal. Fun was had by all!
About the Festival
The 2016 Greenwich Wine + Food Festival, presented by Serendipity, supports Paul Newman’s The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp. Top-shelf wines and spirits, delectable foods and celebrity visits are the hallmarks of the annual Greenwich Wine + Food Festival. The Festival also included live music, cooking demonstrations, panel discussions with local and national top Chefs, Spirits experts and Sommeliers; celebrity bookstore and book signings; the annual Top Bartender Showdown and annual Burger battle. Also featured were all-day wine, beer and spirits tastings and a Grand Tasting featuring samples from 100+ local restaurants and purveyors.
